HAVING A HEALTHY LIFE


  Almost everyone has a goal in their lives to be healthy.Altough we know the importance of this,many of us make choices which will affect our lives in an unhealthy way.While we are determining our priorities,we show priority to the things which will give us pleasure.Few people do some changes in the name of healthy life.However;All the people should do something about this because we all know that we are having some health problems as the time progresses.But,we can reduce these problems by taking some precautions to have a healthy life. What is the meaning of being healthy?
   *One of the conditions to have a healthy life is not using alcohol.Alcohol weakens the ability of deciding,vision and the control of muscles.
   *You should have regular check-up.Realizing the health problems before they appear is an important strategy in terms of living well and long.
   *You should consume healthy foods.Proper nutrition prevents diseases and it makes the recovering stage from an ilness faster.You should choose nourishing foods that are necessary for functioning of your bones,organs and tissues.
   *You should consume about 2 liters of water.Consuming water provides functioning of you metabolism fast and it clears your body from unnecessary substances.Water is for healthy life.
   *One of the key strategies is also avoiding from drugs,using medicines at a dose and not using tobacco products.
   *You should have a good sleep pattern.Sleeping keeps the body strong and keeps your mind awake.
   *You should pay attention to your weight because weight is the source of many diseases.
   *Positive thinking is one of the important steps on the way of healthy life.You should direct your power of thought to the positive subjects.
   *The other advice is that you remove the stres from your lives.
   *And finally,i think it is the most important thing we should do.This is doing exercise.It is an indispensable element of a healtyh life style.It strengthens your muscles and your heart,increases the stamina,regulates the sleeping and more…In addition to its physical benefits,it improves your mood,removes the stres,increases mental alertness.By changing our physical apperances,it strengthens our self-esteem and self confidence.
  I wanted to mention about this subject  because i think that many people including me go on a wrong way at this subject.This started at me when i came here.While i was living at my home,there were always home-made and healthy foods.I was always trying to do exercise regularly.I used to go walking at beach,i used to go swimming very often,i used to be a member of a gym.But now,i can’t do any of these things.My life style has changed.As i have said at first,we all have the knowledge of being a healthy man but there are always being obstacles which cause us to postpone to be a healthy person.Our lives are your areas of resposibilities and we owe this responsibility to our lives.We should know the value of ourselves.
